WHO WE ARE
Your Gateway to the American Market
Alborán Imports is a California-based import, distribution, and market development company connecting exceptional international producers with opportunities across the United States and Mexico.
Rooted in Spain and the Mediterranean, we bring distinctive products, authentic craftsmanship, and generations of tradition to new markets.
ROOTED IN TRADITION
We have a particular appreciation for artisan producers who continue to create exceptional products using traditional methods - techniques passed down through generations that are becoming increasingly rare in an industrialized world.
We believe some of the world’s most remarkable products are still being made away from mass production: by families, small estates, independent producers, and artisans whose craftsmanship deserves a wider audience.
But while we value tradition, Alborán is built for today’s market.
FROM ORIGIN TO OPPORTUNITY
We partner with established producers, emerging brands, and entrepreneurs seeking a trusted partner to introduce, position, and grow their products in the United States and Mexico.
Our role can extend well beyond importation to include distribution, e-commerce, online marketplaces, exclusive representation, and long-term market development.
For selected opportunities, Alborán is also open to investing alongside producers, helping promising products make the journey from their place of origin to a much larger market.
Our purpose is to discover exceptional products, understand the people and traditions behind them, and create the commercial path that allows them to grow without losing what made them exceptional in the first place.
